This book consists of nine chapters. The first topic provides students with the materials about the introduction to tourism marketing including the definition of tourism marketing and the relationship of each concept. The next one is about marketing mix (products, price, place, and promotion). The third topic contains materials about market segmentation, targeting and positioning in tourism. Designing, managing and presenting tourism products such as travel agent, MICE and hotel, destination and tourist attractions, restaurant, and souvenirs would be given afterwards. Students also learn about tourism destination and products branding, tourism campaign like advertisement and social media content. After that, they have practices in presentation, doing pitch deck presentation and presenting products in front of the potential customers. The last, they would learn more about digital marketing in website, social media, and youtube channel. Beside given those materials, the students are required to do main projects, i.e. creating new tourism products and presenting them.
